This is why the coc commands to a specific place work for some and not for others. If you have any mods that interfere with that exact spot, then it won't work. What I mean by that is, that if you coc riverwood times it will put you in the 'exact' spot outside riverwood every time. They don't send you to a place, but a specific spot.
